Frolic Co-directors
The Festival Co-Directors will work within a small team to take the creative lead in planning and producing Ballarat Frolic Festival’s Summer Frolic and Frolic Dark Rainbow curating programming that reflects local exciting and diverse LGBTQIA+ arts and culture.
This position will involve showing off your people skills by working collaboratively with the Frolic Advisory Board, and building relationships with local community, venues, suppliers, government stakeholders and our fabulous artists, performers, and supporters.

Volunteer Advisory Board
Ballarat Frolic Festival is looking to expand and grow our Frolic Advisory Board! FAB members provide fabulous advice to Festival Directors on the implementation of Ballarat Frolic Festival’s organisational goals and support the Festival Directors with the delivery of the Ballarat Frolic Festival’s Summer Frolic and Frolic Dark Rainbow.
